OSOPS uses only Registered Osteopaths and Chartered Physiotherapists who have undergone substantial training in their fields. In addition only therapists with established clinical experience are used. The treatment emphasis is very much hands on using a combination of manipulation and soft tissue techniques.

The patient will also be educated in the optimum postural changes and exercise therapy to achieve rehabilitation and reduce chances of recurrence.
